SCHOOLIES ACCOMMODATION BYRON BAY

Schoolies from around Australia are flocking (no pun intended) to the Ballina Beach Village which holds Going Tribal for schoolies each year. The schoolies only event is a well thought out 7 night 8 day experience – with free entertainment every day and every night. It is very very different to anything else held anywhere else for schoolies – there is circus and flying trapeze, African drumming a burning man event. Live music, and a whole heap of fun things like karaoake and the most amazing rave.  One of the most popular ideas in the event is the night time fire outside the cabins in braziers – the kids just sit around and talk around the fire and meet new people. Card games too!  Everybody seems to love cards. 2011 and 2012 are booking now. The prices are very reasonable and schoolies can stay in budget to deluxe beach cabins or a rainbow tipi or they can camp in one of the set up tents! The Rainbow Tipis are very popular.  One of the most important aspects of this event is that it is schoolies only – no foolies, no droolies, no toolies. Just good kids having a lot of fun. Because of this there is no issue with noise complaints from neighbours, or dramas of that nature. It is very safe with good security that is friendly and inobtrusive. Going Tribal is in its third year – and each year it doubles in size. The other added attraction is that it is located on the beach at South Ballina in a veyr private setting but the Village offers free shuttle buses day and night to Byron Bay. They drop off and pick up even early morning runs! They also offer a 7 day food package of breakfast and dinner for $200. This is a real win win event. Check out www.goingtribal.com.au
